Borage  seed oil  is  obtained  from  the seeds  of  the  borage  (Borago officinalis)  by  cold  pressing. It has  one  of  the  highe st  amounts  of gamma -linol enic  acid  (GLA,  omega-6)  of  seed  oils in  the  botanical kingdom.
